Overdraft Report Formats

Loan Performer gives you the flexibility to determine the way the overdraft reports should be organized. You are given different report options from which you can choose according to your preference at a particular time.

There are different options that you can choose from. These will include but not limited to the following depending on what is being reported about.

• Branch Code: This is the branch for which you want to generate a report. There is normally an option for For all, this will give a report for all branches.  
• Product: This option gives you all the different Savings Products as set at Systems\Product. These will be displayed at the drop down. You can select the product to report on or choose "Check for all" this will give a report for all products.  
• Geographical Area: From the drop down box, you can select a particular area/location/region for which you would like to generate a report about. It may be a town or a city as specified in your settings under Support Files\Geographical Areas. You can tick the Check for all checkbox to include all the listed geographical areas.
• Client Category: From the drop down box, select a client category based on the classification that you made at Support Files\Client Categories. This may be Client Category 1, Client Category 2 and Client Category 3. You can tick the Check for all checkbox to include all the categories.
• Cost Centre: From the drop down box, select a cost centre for which you want to generate a report about. The different cost centres are set at Support Files\Cost Centers. You can choose the "Check for all" button and this will give you a report on all the categories.In the example above, the "For all" option is selected to have a report of all sectors.
• Gender: From the drop down box, select the gender, male or female for which you want to generate a report about. You can tick the Check for all checkbox to include both males and females. In the example above, the For all option is selected to have a report for both sexes.
• Order by: Select from the drop down box how the report to be generated will be classified in the column title/heading, e.g., "Account Number".

Report Formats

Loan Performer gives you the flexibility to view or generate the reports in different formats. You have to select from one of the following options as appears below:

• View: If you want to look at the soft copy, then this option should be selected.
• Print: If you want to look at a hard copy (on paper), then this option should be selected.
• Report PDF File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Portable Document File Format.
• Report XLS File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Excel File Format.
• Report DBF File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Database File format.

• Report in HTML File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed in Hypertext Markup Language Format.
• Report in XML File Format: Select this option if the report to be generated is to displayed in Extensible Markup Language.
• Create Graph: Select this option if the report to be generated is to be displayed as a graphical chart.

Types of clients

Loan Performer allows you to report on different client types as seen below:

• Individual Accounts: Select this option if the report to be generated is to include information about individual clients only.
• Group Accounts only: Select this option if the report to be generated is to include information about group clients only.
• Business Accounts only: Select this option if the report to be generated is to include information about business clients only.
• All: Select this option if the report to be generated is to include information about all the clients.

Output pages

• All Pages: Check this option if you want to print all pages.
• Pages: You can select a specific range of pages that you want to print using this option, e.g., "page 1 - 4".

Click the Ok command button if all the data entered is sufficient and a report will be generated according to your specifications.
